How the playbook has changed
Event Playbook
When a couple hasn't given timings, the bot uses our confirmed history for their tradition once 3 quotes back it up, and these researched timings until then. Estimated times are labelled on the quote and capped at the 6-hour window: a longer row below is cut to 6 hours, and a day of estimated events fits inside one 6-hour window, so an estimate never adds overtime.

Wedding by wedding
What we know for certain per wedding: the deal, what the couple paid, and what is still due. Spend shows only the payments we can tie to that wedding by name — crew-by-crew mapping is still to be done, so it is partial, not the full cost. Budget = deal ÷ 1.54: what a wedding can spend on crew, rentals and travel and still carry its share of salaries, ads and office. Over by = past that budget; Lost = spent more than the whole deal.

Transfers between Kotak and Union, Razorpay payouts and CultMedia legs are the same rupee seen twice, so they are kept out of the totals. Tag a line and I will offer to tag every other untagged line from the same name.
